  1. Research Paper’s words limit should not exceed 3000 words including Tables and Figures. It should conform to the MLA style sheet and be neatly typed in double space in 14 point on A-4 sheet with 5 inches margin all round.
  2. Research Paper prepared in Hindi & English script should be respectively in the Font “Kurti Dev 010” & “Arial” and Paper should be sent in the Microsoft Words (MS Words 2003).
  3. The author’s name, his/her institutional and E-mail addresses with mobile no. should be mentioned only on the title sheet of the Research Paper.
  4. Our Journal has an Editorial team which reviews the Research Paper meticulously and thereafter team takes the final decision about the Research Paper submitted. We publish only those Research Papers which have been reviewed by our Editorial Committee. Therefore, we request to our contributors to send their Articles/Research Papers in advance so that we could get their Research Papers reviewed in the time. We adopt this process under the University Grant Commission Academic Performance Indicators Score Guidelines.
  5. Abstract of the Research Paper in about 100 words should also be sent. It is compulsory.
  6. The Author should submit his/her Research Paper in two hardcopies alongwith C.D.
  7. Author should certify on the title sheet of the manuscript that the material is unpublished as well as original.
  8. The Editorial Board will not be responsible for the facts expressed in the published Research Paper and in the Journal if differed in any manner; the entire responsibility will lie with the respective author.
  9. All suits by or against the Journal or Society, shall be subject to Agra Jurisdiction only.
  10. Conclusions drawn and opinions expressed in the Research Paper are not of the Editors but of authors concerned. The Editorial Board is not at all responsible for them.
  11. References should be given at the end of Research Paper. For citing references, the following pattern should be followed:-

Ethics Policy of Journal

The journal has a well-defined Ethics policy. The Ethics are explained as:

  1. Authorship of the paper: Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study.
  2. Originality and Plagiarism: The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.
  3. Data Access and Retention: Authors may be asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such data.
  4. Acknowledgement of Sources: Proper acknowledgment.
  5. Reporting Standards: Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance.
  6. Use of patient images or case details: Studies on patients or volunteers require ethics committee approval and informed consent, which should be documented in the paper.
  7. Multiple, Redundant or Concurrent Publication: An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication.
